I need the ATOT Effect, a Poll about LAN party's!!

What do you think is a fair price to charge for a LAN Party if you do not have to bring your pc to the event(A fairly good one is provided)? We are considering holding an event at a LAN gamz and we are trying to figure out what is a fair price to charge. Keep in mind course drinks will be provide free of charge and a lot of good prizes will be given away.

Drinks - pretty much no limit.
Food - snacks if we can afford it, but that also depends on the venue.
Computers - 19" trinitron monitors, ti4200, Athlon XP 2100+, 512 MB DDR, comfortable chairs, music, prizes.

Drinks are unlimited. (a wide assortment of pepsi/coke products, as well as anything our sponsors send. last event we got 3 cases of Shock Triple Latte from extremecoffee.com.)

For food, we usually do a papa john's run. We only pass on $1/slice charge to guests and just take the hit on the other $2-3 that the pizza actually costs us.

I would pay $25 no problem if the computers were supplied. That seems to be winning vote.

Is the event really going to be 6:00pm to 9:00pm? Or is it supposed to be 9:00am?

We are thinking the Friday to Saturday night. But yeah it should be at least 9 am , if not later.
