Hmm... have you tried looking around at these companies:

3Com

Netgear

Linksys

Cisco

Negear, DLink, Linksys, are more focused on consumer products, however, this does not mean that they cannot do the job -- far from that actually. Switches for the most part are all pretty similar in speed, if that is a concern.

Cisco and 3Com for example, are a step above the other ones I mentioned, but at a price.

If you have the money, get Cisco or 3Com, etc. If you are on a budget, the other ones would do just fine.

Although, I am not sure if any of the ones I mentioned offer 16 10/100 and 1 10/100/1000 ports... just check out the sites.
