Very interested in this topic too. With all the Jmicron, 965 and memory voltage issues I am pulling my hair out. All I need is to be able to plug in mid-level components (value ram, E6300 and the like) and have everything boot up and load windows. A little overclock ability would be nice but nothing beyond a slight bump.
I am looking into the ABIT IB9 as it does not have the Jmicron driver and is stripped down and cheap. However, it does seem to have the 965 auto reboot issue (memory voltage?). Also new board = immature BIOS usually so I don't know..... Also, I understand that BioStar boards do not have the Jmicron drivers either. Can anyone weigh in on these boards? Are 975 boards better solutions? Or 680i? Or should I just get a Mac? (ok, not seriously).
