I need something for mouse sensitivity

... I just got the New Razer Diamonback mouse. Its been really great so far... but the sensitivity is akward. Whenever I go and change it in the properties the movement speed is just too much of a difference when I only slide the mouse sensitivity bar once.

Is there a program that can help me choose the sensitivity more accuaratly than in the control panel?

I think they have make some desensitizing cream you have slather on there.

How do I turn accel off.... is that the enhanced pointer precision... because if it is, then ya its turned off

IDK I'm using a logitech, so I'd imagine things are a bit different, but there's an option for Acceleration in the Cursor Speed & Accel box.
