Don't mean to thread hijack, but is there a good guide out there for wrikle reducer?

I know how to use the Heal tool, some way to do it using filters (high pass, adding noise, median noise, etc)?

Not good, lol. The original was slightly pixelated. I didn't use any special filters or anything. I'm sure it could've been better.

It looks good to me. It's exactly how I wanted it. I'm no photographer and all I needed was to remove the backround mess from the photo.
