I just finished my paper for a political science class. It's titled "Balancing Act: The legislative power struggle between Congress and the president."

I don't like the 'balancing act' part of the title, so I need some metaphorical suggestions.

Or you could just call it "The legislative power struggle between Congress and the president". I don't think you need a fancy headline, but who knows, I got C's in college.
