I Need Some MAJOR Help!!!

I just built a new system, the specs of which are located thru the link below, but basically I have a Iwill KA266 with 2x128MB Crucial PC2100 RAM and a maxtor HD. I physically put the system together (I think I did everything right), botted, and the system posted and everything seemed well. Then I restarted with my win2k pro CD and again everything seemed to be going well, but when the HD was being formatted, the installation process is stuck on 100% complete. After waiting a half hour, I restarted the process and same result. Anyone have ANY clue what is going on? The MB has the latest bios, and I'm all out of ideas. I would REALLY appreciate as much advice as possible. Thanks
 
yeah, they were fine. Actually, it was a bum board. It died about after 12 hours of use. I RMA'd it, and ended up buying a FIC AD11.
