I need some help with a legal divorce problem

Okay heres the deal. My Mom's boyfriend got divorced a while ago. He had been getting his kids every other weekend thanks to the courts ruling. Well he just got a new job and he no longer gets those weekends off. And his wife is being a Bitc....well we'll just say she isn't being nice about it. He would like to now have the kids on Sunday and Monday, but thier mother sends them to the daycare at the YMCA on Monday and doesn't want to stop that. So he needs to get some legal representation to take her to court so he can get his kids the days he has off work. The problem with this is that he is broke and can't afford a layer. We have heard that there are orginizations that will fight for him at low or no cost. if anybody knows of any i would appreciate the info or a link to the site. We are in Ohio if it helps any. Thanks

Depends on the ruling during the divorce. I think he should reread it, he may just be able to call the police and have them enforce it.

Well, I would say don't make this your problem, let him work it out himself. He took the job on weekends knowing that was his visitation time - not saying he was wrong, or that he shouldn't have, but he knew the parameters. He can probably work something out, or maybe he can shift his working schedule around. The mom may or may not be a "Bitc...", you're only hearing one side of the story. She might like the child's life to be as consistent as possible with regards to scheduling, etc., though it does seem to me it would be nicer to spend time with your father than at YMCA daycare center.

If he finds the right lawyer, they may do it for free. Most, if not all, lawyers do a certain amount of free work each year.
