I want to get the new Northwood P4 chip;

but I need some help in picking the right Mobo for it.

Needs on Mobo:
- socket 478
- 200mhz bus
- overclocking possibilities
- AGP X4
- 845E or better chip set
- ram - DDR Dimm Slots

but I Don't want it to have inboard sound or video.

Please help me pick the right board for me;

Thank you for taking the time to respond, I have been looking at that one as well as the ASUS P4BSWA, thoughts?
