I need to find a phone number. I know the persons first and last name, but their not in the yellow/white pages. And the number may not be listed in their name either - rather in the owner of the houses name.

I need to find this number ASAP! Before summers end!
 
The owner of the house should have their name and address on file at the county property tax building. I think this info is public domain.

As for getting a phone number, if you've already tried http://www.whitepages.com, then you may have to hire an attorney.
 
Becuase I need to contact this person cus it's urgent - I would just go to their house but I forgot where they live.
