kinda depends on what kind of techno you like, there's house, dance, trance, etc.

Here's a couple I happen to really like anyway:

ATB - Underwater World

anything by LTJ Burkem

Fischerspooner - Emerge (Hacker Remix)

Fischerspooner - Megacolon

A lot of music by The Ministry of Sound is cool

I got some more recommendations, if you can give me more of a specific type of techno you enjoy.

i have a couple of XTC cds and they rock, i don't know which ones they are though and whenever i put them in a program, it says there are no cds like it. all of the XTC stuff i have heard i liked...

Do a search for any previous threads labeled "trance" or "techno", I've given plenty of good suggestions. Most of what I reccomend, appeals to the masses. So, give them a try.
