You really do need to let this go and not let it matter any more, especially since you are planning a marriage and lifetime with another person.
I assume you've been apart for a year or two now, since you have marriage plans? Isn't it very odd that the "other girl" would come to you now with this new wealth of information and "share" it with you? I wouldn't put a lot of stock in her story anyway, regardless of any "evidence".
