I need some advice....

Ok some of you may know that i posted a while back about kids doing chewing tobacco in my study hall.

Well, nothing happened to them. But i am getting sick and tired of hearing some weird noise, and seeing some brown crap run down into a bottle. A bunch of kids are doing it now, and some are convincing other kids. I can only take so much before either:
A. I get up a scream at these guys
B. I throw up (watching a big wad of chew roll down a bottle isn't pretty 🙁 )

But now that is the least of my worries. One kid in there... well let me give a description first.

This kid is the kind that dresses in all black, paint weird things on his body. Not only that he has been known to pierce his own tongue (walked back into the room so yes im sure). Needless to say what he does is his business and im fine with that. However now he is trying to sell kids marijuana DURING STUDY HALL!!

He came over and talked to a bunch of kids in front of me (whom i have no problem with, but really i wouldn't endorse their actions). Afterwards i whispered and asked what he wanted. THe one girl was looking at him in disgust and said he offered to sell them marijuana and keeps trying to. Not only that 2 people have already given him money also DURING CLASS.

This is getting out of hand now. I dont know what to do.

[*]Im about to throw up for the first reason

I dont have a problem telling/asking them to cut it out or take it somewhere else, but i would rather not get into a...physical confrontation with them (I got accepted in College, have a spotless record, play sports...). Not that im afraid by anymeans (quite the opposite actually) but im not the type of person that can be outright rude and confrontational to a person.

What do you guys think?

Ok definitely need to clarify this. I am a student Additionally this is a High School setting. Most of the kids are Juniors and Sophomores that are doing this (iditos). Me and a couple others are seniors with a few freshman here and there.

Screw the stigma of being a snitch.....turn the piece of sh!t into the teacher if you are a student. If you are a teacher or aide then you simply have no balls and should be fired already, I'm assuming you are a kid.
 
A lot of people in my school chew tobacco, including me. I can say that in class we're pretty good about it, I turn away when I spit and whatnot. I can only imagine how bad it must be around your area to make you want to "throw up."

EDIT : Let someone know about the drugs, but the chewing tobacco...meh, I wouldn't worry about it.

so you are doing something illegal but its ok because it isnt a hardcore drug. gotcha.

OP, turn them in, even if its just for the tobacco. ask to be made anonymous and tell them to handle it without even looking in your direction. dip is disgusting and it has no place anywhere, especially school. it is a nasty habit and definitely is NOT cool.

Yeah, dont get me wrong. I disaprove of chewing tobacco, but i dont judge, nor is my place to judge, them based on it. But yes, They usually use clear plastic "Frutopia" bottles. So you can see everything going in, and everything floating around in it. Occasionally they will miss too. THen you have the unchewed....chew (i guess that is how you say it) which when they pick up falls from their hand; which is conviently wiped in my general direction.

I already told the kid (and he stopped) to (I believe it went like this) "Dont push that crap over!".

But the Marijuana is what im more worried about. If he has it and is selling it that isn't good to say the least.

Yes, once again i am a student, not an aide, not a teacher...if i were there asses would have been nailed already. The first teacher (Block of SH split into 2 teachers (45mins each)) keeps a good eye on everyone, she is strict but nice. The second ones or any subs usually do not notice anything outside of a little 3 foot bubble, so that is primarily when they do it.

Why? If i do, im not being evil, or cruel. Hell isn't reserved for rats and snitches. No way i would deserve the punishment you are proposing. I seriously advise you to rethink your morals.

If you are going to post crap comments like that please dont post in my thread.

I already said that i would rather not rat anyone out, i would feel horrible (i dont like pissing people off). Additionally, i dont think Tobacco should be used in school (illegal), but as i said, if they choose to do it outside it isn't my place to judge them based on it.

And you are quite mistaken about hell, if you are familar with Dante you might not get to the coldest, but you would certainly make it to level 9.

This, and this is the future of anyone who chews tobacco. Also, marijuana is illegal, and you should turn the guy into the police first (annonoymous tip?), then inform the school. Do NOT confront the dealer, or any of his buyers about the marij. Dealers are generally armed, as in guns. If you screw with his buisness directly, you will become a target. The chewing tobacco is illegal as well, as the people you are describing are more than likely <18 years old. You can rat them out to the school. They need help, not imprisonment. The guy selling marij, however, should be shut up behind bars ASAP. And do it now, as it sounds like he's trying to create a ring.

I said I AM OPEN TO SUGGESTIONS. I also said that i dont want to piss people off or get people in trouble, but i feel that too many lines are getting crossed and they are being crossed too close to me.

Instead of telling me what i shouldn't do, why dont you start using your brain and telling me what i should do then!

Yes, because people commonly go to hell for letting someone know that 2 very serious laws are being broken.

Did i also mention that the "marijuana kid" was also suspended one year for publishing a "hit list"? (Lol he started getting mad at the kid in front of me, and i was ready to jump right in the middle and throw him back should something happen...)

Cancel your college plans and see if you can enroll in an elementary school.

And you know he's not? He's goth and selling (and probably using) drugs. Thats about the formula for every school shooting since Columbine, and probably many before.

The person selling the drugs is already ruining his own life. The OP just doesn't want them to do it around him. He has a right to learn and live his life without drug-using/selling retards disrupting it.

He doesn't need to "rat the guy out". But making this persons' activities "come to light" to those in charge is completely right and justified.

Contrary to popular belief, you don't have the right to fvck up someone elses life while you're doing it to yourself. And you deserve what's coming to you.
