doesn't the razr just use MP3s as ringtones? search for "ringtone" on any p2p, or yes, record your voice as a wav and encode to MP3 for the most annoying ringtone ever
 
How much would one of these things cost me If I bought it at the cingular store without service and wanted to keep my current number. My cheap nokia has about 4 broken buttons and I need to replace it.
 
I dont know where to get it without a contract, etc etc. I bought the damn thing and it only came with 10 or so rings. I need to do something about that.

And there isnt much to brag about. $50 @ amazon.....$100 @ wirefly.
