Thanks.

So i bought a video card from an online company selling consumer electronics, and it had a game code for Shadow of war with it. The problem is they never sent me that code, even after i sent them a few emails requesting it. Been a month now. They never replied, no explanations, nothing.

What would you do to get your code?

is it ok to name the company here? and the game code was available thru the company. A purchase with a 1080/1080ti.

Thanks.

Without knowing much about your problem, I will say I've screwed (not receiving game codes) too. They tend to have expiration dates like this needs to be redeemed by a certain date

once i get the code i have to go on Nvidia website and activate the game, i contacted Nvidia and they told me to sort it out with the company i bought the video card from. The only problem is they never answered.

You'll need to get the code if you want the game. I purchased a 1080ti from Newegg right around the time to game launched so it came with the same promotion. My code was emailed to me for activation. I actually never used it, I gave it to my buddy since I don't care too much for the gameplay, but I ended up having to walk him through how to activate it and it worked fine. What I will say is that you do need to activate it through Nvidia geforce experience, and it doesn't work in steam (thought I'd try that since a lot of codes do but I've never used an Nvidia code before).

nevermind everyone, i finally got the hold of someone on the phone and he emailed me the game code, 1 month later. Game is activated now, rdy to play in Steam. Yes!
