cpu: intel core i7 2.93 ghz
psu: chiefteck 850W super cft 850g-df
ram: ddr3 6gb 2000 mhz
gpu: saphire radeon hd 5850 toxic 1 gb ddr5

can you tell me what to change so i can play skyrim and other pc killer games on max settings with max fps?? please answer someone who knows about hardware and how to combine ...

overclock your cpu if you can, and buy a gtx580, thats the best you can do.
What resolution you gaming at? 1900x1080?
