What do you guys/gals do when you got alot of things on your mind. I and many have stressful days plus im a teen, but stress is always pressure on anyone! Today i had  bad day and many other days know im lost im confused. What do you guys do when your having a bad day and fillany get home to kind of sum it down...... do you sleep or punch walls?
