1st off I am determined to have this case but I am not sure if everything will fit in it.

Case: Corsair Vengeance C70 Arctic White Edition

Hard drive: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM

Motherboard: Biostar TA970 AM3+ AMD 970

Graphics card: XFX Core Edition FX Radeon HD 7850 2GB

Power supply: Topower Top 800WS-800W

Memory: G. Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB(4GBx2)

Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition

OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

So that's what I got an it is $5 under my $800 budget. Is everything good and compatible?

Everything should fit in the case,
And at first glance looks compatible,
Maybe even some overkill in there.

To quote a friend of mine "Are you sure you want AMD?"

Where are you buying your parts from? Theres a template in the stickys to ask for help. The old cpu and outsized psu are things to change. Get an i5 and a 500W psu.

The I5 was $200 AMD is $100. Fits my budget. Shopping at Newegg. Plus I noticed intel motherboards cost more as well.

Understandable, I spent $500 three days ago for:
a raygo case
msi b75 intel mobo
i5-3470
8gb kingston ram
xfx Radeon HD 7770 w/ 1gb

I couldn't be happier, Been Playing Far Cry 3, Tomb Raider, and Crysis 3
at full settings in 1080p (sometime with Stereoscopic 3d). It has well exceeded my expectations.
You could also check out TigerDirect.com they have been giving away Far Cry 3 with the purchase of select cards.

You probably shouldn't use that power supply. It's from a less than reputable brand, and probably can't output half the watts it says. Look for something like the Corsair CX500 instead, which actually rates itself honestly. Furthermore, if you dropped to a $50 case instead of the C70, you could afford an i5.

If I were you, I'd look at mfenn's $1000 build, but cut out the SSD, and drop to his recommended 7950. That build offers much more power for the same price.

He needs Windows and is absolutely dead set on the selected case.
