I'm not sure how this may have changed from my days of XP-Ms... but what you have to do is maually set the FSB and mulitplier on that chip.
Just curious, why did you get a mobile chip if you didnt know that? The reason most people get mobile chips is for either overclocking, or underclocking... if you are intending to run it stock... that's a little silly in my opinion.
You will need to go into the BIOS on your board and change the FSB to say... 200, and the multi to whatever.. call it 11. That will put you at 2.2 and should be a good startng point.
What is the cooling you have, and what kind of RAM do you have?
