I need help with my Antec Sonata II

I purchased this case in the past, but this one seems to be a bit different. My rear 120mm did not come preinstalled (even though the manual says it does) and I have no clue how to install it.

Does anyone with this case know how to install it? I think I'm supposed to use rubber grommets, but it is pretty much impossible to get them through the case holes and the fan's holes.
