Ok heres the deal.
Ever since I installed my athlon 1.0 with Iwill kk266-r mobo I have been having problems. I do not know if I has to do with overclocking or drivers or what but heres the situation.
1.System works great in safe mode, so I figured I didnt burn anything out by overclocking.
2.System will load with selective start, as long as static vxd drivers are unloaded.
3.When system loadsup regular style...it will lock up with a line across the top of the computer right after most of the drivers load. Its different each time...some times it will let me play for about 10 seconds and lock up and other times it will not even load and immediatly restart.
4.Also my internet will not load anymore even though the addresses(ip, domain, ect) are correct. I checked the drivers and it says im missing 3 windows drivers, but those are the ones disabled with selective start.
Additional info: I have overclocked and my temp is around 42-46 stable, but has gotten above 50 and shut down with reg errors. I dont know if this is what is causing it, but i lowered it back to 1000 with 1.75v and it does the same thing.
I cant figure out why it is ok in safe mode but not in reg.
If ANYONE has any help for me I would REALLY appreachiate it very much!!!!
