I need Help with a gift!!!!!

Ok I need to put together a CHEAP FUNNY GAG GIFT TOMMOROW!!

The gift should be fairly USELESS!!!!(my wifes gift to her Recepeint is a planters Peanuts Jar filled with stryofoam peanuts)

My person to give to is my Wifes Uncle.

He is Balding (This of course gets played out EVERY YEAR)
He is a EE as well as a Mechanical Engineer.
He is from Texas
He attended Memphis University.
He is in management!

Any help would be good.

Go find yourself an empty bottle of Rogaine. Since it uses Isopropyl alcohol as a vehicle to carry minoxidol, it smells liike rubbing alcohol. Fill it up with rubbing alcohol and give it to him.
