I need help sorting Outlook 2003 Contacts

A really important person in the company I work for wants to sort his Contacts by First name, then last. I cannot get this to work. This is what I've done so far:

- View, Arrange By, Current View, Customize Current View, Sort Button, sort by First name.

- Tools, Email Accounts, View or change exsisting directories or address books, File as is ticked.

.....still sorting by last name. Anyone have any suggestions? Please?

Thanks for the link.....we're using OL2003 though. :-/

Dude, I know you're using OL2003 - that's why I said the steps might be a bit different!

I just tried it and using those steps as a rough guide I was able to sort my contacts by First Name... I created a new view, set that to the current view and then set it to sort by first name...
