I have a 2009 Mazda 6 four door. All my windows are up except my passenger window. None of the windows work. My driver side harness is burnt to shit for about 10in but under the burn. The wires are good. Now I would like to fix this on my own bcus the mechanic said 500 bucks to get it fixed. But can someone tell me first how to manually get my passenger window up. Its half way down. And then can y'all help me get the rest of the windows working. Thank you please help asap

Take off the door panel.
You will then see the rails that the window slides/sides on along with the motor.

You should be able to manually force the window up by lifting up the bottom rail.
Unless the motor is shot, the rail/window will stay in the position that you stop the force.

If the motor can not hold the window in position; then you will need to brace the bottom of the window against the inside of the door frame.

There is a good chance that the control box is shot due to your description of the burned wires.

If the control box is shot; you should be able to order a replacement (ebay, junkyard, auto parts store, etc)

You will then have to cut the burned wires off, splice on a connector and remount the control box.

Remove drivers door trim. A manual will help to show you how.

Give it a visual inspection. Fix anything mechanical that you see wrong.

Check wiring and connectors for any burnt circuits.

The manual should also show the electrical circuit. Check fuses.
