i need help on choosing RAM

I currently have the rig in my sig. Its just not cutting it in the OC department, so I would like to get new ram. I will be getting a si-120, p-180, s12 600w. I need new ram. Preferably 2gbs. I would like something capbale of doing about 250fsb I am willing to spend about ~$300 and I have no clue on where to be begin so please help me out. Thanks for all our time and engery spent on this.

Well, from what I hear, the Crucial Ballistix is an excellent OCing ram and could probably take you to almost 300fsb. It is a bit on the pricey side, and they have been known to crap out. I myself am going with the G.Skill Extreme, which is DDR500 as well, so 250fsb won't be a problem. I hear it is very good ram for the money.
