FWIW it's now a $400 printer and a steal at half price. Not sure what I'll do it but it could replace 4 peripherals here:

• inkjet printer
• inkjet All-in-one (used only for faxing)
• copy machine
• flatbed scanner

The profit margin on ebay is not particularly enticing, but you could do worse.

I don't think many stores will have the D135 in floor stock, but they should order it for you (no guarantee until it's processed and delivered). If you don't want to stack a coupon at the B&M, you could actually even order it at staples.com.

manly - I was also considering the eBay factor but the D135's are only going for around $250.

About 2 months ago, my local Staples made me one of their favorite customers, 1/3 of the employees now know me by name & greet me with it when I walk in the door or check out with my coupons, pricematches, rewards card, gift cards, etc...😱
