Hello all,

I'm trying to find an AES capable PCI adapter for my 802.11g network. However most manufacturer's only "officially" support WEP. Does anyone know if when plugged into an SP2 system the OS will be able to process AES with software and bypass the card?

I am considering buying an Linksys card, FYI.

Thanks!

Intel NICs support AES, at least the miniPCI ones do. You might wish to look into Intel PCI cards, assuming they exist.

Yeaup. I have Intel 2200BGs in both laptops and I would like to keep the network on AES instead of TKIP.

I have been taking a look around for an adapter but the only PCI-to-miniPCI adapter with wireless antenna is in europe.
