real player, free version, install it and then hover over your video, you will get a toolbar kind of thingy on top of it with option to save.

Download Helper extension for firefox. It will work with 99% of streaming content on the internet. ;)

Are you using Firefox? Simple.

Get NoScript, and block the site. Then, you should be able to right click and "Save Link As" on the video to SWF file.

I didn't even bother to look at the page source code, but there you go.

Yup, looks like the owner of the video doesn't want you to download it as they went to great length to make it unavailable. Your only other option is screen capture.

(well, there are others, but a lot more complicated)
