It's for my not-particularly-knowledgeable friend. Requirements:

- import
- good fuel efficiency
- sedan
- automatic transmission
- reliable
- must be "cool" (i.e. no Corollas)
- preferably not RWD

Not sure what the budget is yet, but let's work with < $40 000 CDN. Any suggestions that I can further research?

i just got an s40... it's pretty sweet. i'd rather have a passat, but meh. whatever... both are sweet rides.

Edit- just buy an Accord.
