I need an mpeg-2 file, any mpeg-2 file

I want to try streaming a video to my TV from my PC. I have all the needed hardware, but for the life of me, I can't find an mpeg-2, and that is the only file format I can stream to my TV. I can find bunches of mpeg-1s, but they do not work.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks a bunch.
 
It COULD be a DVD that was converted to an mpeg-2 file, but I would really rather it not be THAT large, just a 10-30 second clip would be ideal.

I was looking for a film trailer or something, but they are all mpeg-1s, at least the ones I have found.
