I need a (VERY) basic office pc

I need someone to pick out some parts for a very basic word processing/office machine. Under $400 without monitor. (already have one) I would go with dell but i despise celerons *hiss*

if someone could help me out i would greatly appriciate it.

"I despise celerons" makes sense for a gaming PC, but is silly for just running Office.

But if you insist, type "budget" into the search box.

I'm a CPA with a small office. I build our rigs. Do you need HD's, opticle drives, floppy, case and psu. Or can you salvage those from an old rig?

What about software?

Answer those questions, and we'll see what can be done for that budget. I'll check back tomorrow.

Meh.

AXP + nForce2 should serve your needs wonderfully.

Prolly throw in a somewhat decent vid card and 512mb of ram for that price too.
