I Need a Recommendation for a Video Card

I am currently spec'ing a new system and I need suggestions on which video card to get. The system will not be used for games, but it will used for watching movies and maybe video processing.

Any help would be appreciated.

Matrox G400 to G550. Great image quality, almost no 3D stuff... oh, and very cheap at ebay

Radeon 7200 or Radeon 7500. Radeons have the best video quality/performance.
