I need a *QUIET* psu...

I've had the Seasonic S-12 500 for 5 months now and am very pleased and impressed with how quiet and cool temperature wise it is. If you want quiet it is a great choice and plenty of power. Rails are very steady on my FoxConn mb monitor. One of my better purchases.
 
I have the 430 which I think is just slightly quieter than the 500/600 watt models from what I've read, but mine is practically dead silent. Kind of hard to tell over the rest of my fans once those are on too though 😛
