I need a quiet fan for Athlon XP cpu

Can anyone give a suggestion on a good fan that's quiet?

I've got an IWill KK266 mobo on this machine that I would like to replace the current cpu and fan on. The old fan is as loud as a vacuum cleaner and I am sick of it.

CoolerMaster has some heatsink/fan combos that are very quiet. I've used a few and they worked very well. Newegg has some of them.

I replaced the stock fan on an AMD hsf with a Vantec Stealth 60x25, with instant slience as the result. Cools better too.
