I need a program that will let me access a remote computer's c:\ drive.

AIM has a "Get File" feature that lets you browse another user's directory(any directory that he sets, even the entire c:\), and [only] download files from the directory, if the user allows it. I'm looking for something like that except I want to be able to have full access to all the files in the directory(download, upload, rename, delete, modify, etc.) I have physical access to both the computers I want to access remotely, but a remote access would be more convenient. Are there any secure programs that will let me do this?

Edit: I do NOT want something like remote desktop, I would like a lightweight terminal app.

bulletproof ftp(used to be G6) will work fine.....

This is very light no impact on the system (less than 1M space). When you get out of the program it leaves nothing behind. takes 5 minutes to set it up.

Filezilla is nice as an ftp client..i havne;t used their server...it says it uses SSL..and it is free

That puppy is not secure though. YOu either have to use their plugin or use ssh...

Right, not by default.

Takes another two minutes and few kb to install the encryption plug-in.
