I need a newsreader that will open multiple connections to one server

Ok so I finally found out that cox doesn't have something wrong with its news servers, it just capped bandwith to 50K. This is decent, but when you're downloading 2 gigs of data, it takes quite a while. They did say that you are allowed to open 4 connections from the same IP so I need something that can do this. I use Agent right now, and it works and I love the interface, but it will only allow the single connection. Does anyone know of another good news reader, hopefully similar in functionality to Agent, but with the multiple connection capability? Thanks.
