i have no idea what to get. All I know is that I do NOT want a Motorola. Im looking to spend between $1-$200.

(reason I need a new one is because this one and its past 3 replacements have stopped charging)

That's way, way too broad. There are hundreds of phones out there. Go to your provider's website and pick one out.
 
Treo 650 is in that price range. Get one from Costco for a lifetime warranty.
