I need a new PC! Yargh, hard to decide.

Hey guys I need a new PC. Half-Life 2 takes forever to load on my current athlon xp system. I want to place my order before the end of the week and I had a few ideas in mind. But before I ordered I wanted to ask the forum guru's over here at anandtech what they think of my setup and what they recommend. (In advance THANKS GUYS! ^_^) But before I list the parts I want to say one thing. My current pc is overclocked and quite noisy, so this next pc I want it to be quiet but I might give into a slight oc. The main thing is, I want it to be stable and quiet and it pretty much has to be NF3 cause I already spent the money on a AGP card. Okay lets go....


Parts I already have bought are:

PNY 6800GT
Antec TruePower 550
Antec SLK-BQE Case w/Vantec Stealth for HD Cooling
A 36.6 Western Digital Raptor Drive


Parts I'm thinking about getting:

OCZ Dual Channel Plat Rev 2 (2x 512)
Athlon 64 3500 (.90nm) or 3800 ~maybe even higher if better value??
MSI K8N Neo 2 Platinum

IF you want to overclock, I would save some dough and go for the 3000 or 3200. Epox also makes a pretty good nforce3 board that's only $93.50 at mwave.
