Well, he *is* happy.

You're going to have a hard time making decent money unless you're willing to work 30 hours a week, and extra time on holidays. Why spend the time and money to train someone who only wants to work when it's convinient for them?

You could always join the military, I suppose. It's a steady job.

When I was your age...
I had to walk to school (Uphill there and back)
Take PT work as a HITMAN...

Just kidding...
Try to lighten up... never lose hope...

try call centre work, pay is decent and workload is considerably less that McJob.

My first job was at a photo processing centre. Then McD. Then piece work at a farm. Then a call centre. And now I currently hold two part time call centre jobs.

HappyPuppy, you really come off like a grade A asshole in this thread.

EDIT: Oh, and since when is this a tough forum?

Agreed. The few *difficult* people on here do their best to ruin things for the people looking for intelligent discussion. If someone asks a question and you don't feel like answering it...DON'T POST. Insulting someone instead of answering their question should earn you an instant vacation.

already deducted taxes... do u guys have any ideaS?

Get a unionized job. ANYTHING unionized. Since you're young it will work out great...you'll wind up with a pretty decent wage by the time you're out of high school, which can help you pay for college. I was making $15.40/hour CDN to stock shelves because of the union. Now with 4 years of post-secondary education i'm making $13/hour to do residential design and working drawings. Go figure.

I offered anyone who wants a job a job on the "Unemployed" thread at the top of the page, around post 500 or so. Had 3 responses. When they found out they actually had to put a little effort into it, I never heard back from them. The offer still stands, sales job, the harder you work the more money you make, no worky no money. Anyone? Anyone?
