Not really.

I've had ducks before. They were nuts about my alfalfa rabbit food and would go crazy eating it out of my hand.

Found the trio waddling through the neighborhood one day (no lake anywhere nearby). I set up a wading pool and they decided to stay. A white farm duck, a male mallard, and a hybrid mallard...all fully-grown. Awesome personalities.
