I still have an old but extremely good desk which I think came into the house along with a 8086 computer. Solid as a rock, but getting kinda small.

What desks do you guys have?

size is not much of an issue, but needs to hold 2 large lcd monitors at least

I got this in "medium brown"

Holds my Antec P180 and two Samsung 204b's no problem.

I settled on that desk and two new LCD's after I realized the extra $40/year that my three CRT's would cost in power and the extra premium I'd have to pay for a desk that holds 200lbs+ could be spent on new screens instead

I looked at those few weeks ago, loved it, but it could be a bit bigger, like the size of the normal jerker desks better, but they cant be expanded and you cant adjust the height. But jerker is probably my closest match at the moment :)

this is what i have

you can adjust the height of the table and shelf. i set my table to like one line lower because of the chair and the shelf like two lines lower so i don't have to worry about reaching that high when sitting.

edit: i know it's a bit huge but more space on the desk which is an opportunity for me to do my homework.

not too hard, they have nuts and bolts that you can attach to the vertical poles. (whatever it is called.)

I've had the Jerker for two years now and love it. I can have the 2005FPW flanked by two 17" LCD's w/o a problem. I love how deep the desk is, so much room to store stuff on it! I got another shelf, and want to go back and get some wire racks for the sides. The only thing that would make it better is that the hollow supports could be used for wire management!

The hardest part I have found is removing everything from the desk surface, other than that its rather easy.

Get the Jerker with the Signum wire management trays on the underside. You will need to screw them into the desk, but they work great. I have nary a wire on the floor.
