I love animals,and i wanna concentrate the rest of my life to their cause.But...

1) I dont wanna become a vet.Required too much studies and have the life of an animal in my hand doesnt interest me.

2) I want an Ok salary.Im someone who can live with a 15-20k per year salary.I dont care about making 50k a year.

So any suggestion of jobs? I dont have a car( but if it really required it i will go get my driver license and a car )

Zoo is only a few month per year.And kinda very far from where i am living.
Animal shop i consider it.Maybe starting one, but conpetition is kinda tough.

zookeeper comes to mind, but I heard for the big zoos you need at least a BS.

Yeah the zoo.
I remember that at the zoo near where i live, the 6 flags/ marine world, they used to have a great 25dph job. First you would get on a giant like, bomb suit. Big, sturdy, strong. Then they would tie a rope onto you so that if there was trouble, they could pull you away from it.
THIS IS NOT A JOKE. FUNNY, BU NOT A JOKE.

The next step would be to walk into the lion cage. Now the thing with cages lions, is that they get bored, and dont move around to much. This persons job would be to walk into the cage, and start smacking around the lion. Now the suit would protect you most of the time, and if they got realy angry you had the rope tied around you.

I swear its got to be one of the most funny thing to watch. A grown man walking into a lion's cage holding a giant steak. Classic.

Inquire about joining PETA. You can free lots of animals there. And burn down research labs. But you can't have pets. PETA doesn't want people to have pets.

Do they get new animals every season or do they have to take care of them over the winter too? :confused:

Oh, and if you think zookeeper is a good idea, I hope you love the smell of sh!t. Luckily I'm on the horticulture part of our grounds crew and not standard grounds, because they have to go around in a vac-all (which is like a garbage truck with a huge vaccuum attached to it) and suck up all the animal sh!t from underground vats it sits in around the zoo.

You can smell the pachyderm stench a couple hundred yards away when they're sucking it up.
