I need a Motherboard, which one is the best bang for the buck?

Ok guys, I need a board! I'm stuck on a crappy 800MHz Celeron til I find a board for my 64 I have just laying upstairs. This is my first 64 CPU so I'm wet behind the ears with these boards. Any advice, much appriated. Would like to stay under $100.
 
for 754 its easy... u have all the choices possible... Id go for the DFI Lanparty for $119 shipped at ZipZoom... nest mobo if u plan overclocking... otherwise id just go for the either the Chaintech vnf3 or the epox 3daj+ (not sure on the model) which both are for about $75 and pretty good overclockers too, based on NF 3 250, while epox based on nf3 250GB better chipset, (yes nf3 250 is different from nf3 250GB)
 
THE BEST price😛erformance 754 mobo I have ever used is the Chaintech VNF3-250. I've tried MSI and Abit, but this is board is a steal for <$80. I'm very satisfied.
