i need a mobo i dont know what to get

ok ive looked at many mobos and im not sure what to get so far ive found that i was a 3200+ 2.0 amd, 6600gt pci-e, 1gb ram, most likely no OCing, im keeping existing HDD and dvd-rom and cd-rw. i need tto knoe the best mobo to get il trying to stay under $900. i play high lvl gamins likeBF1942,Unreal,CS,HL2,D2,Doom3. BUT i would like to do video editing and i dont have the money for a mac

i need sugestions on mobo and psu (i dont want agp,i want pci-e)

For PS I have the Tagan 480 (top reviews everywhere)
For memory get two sticks branded memory. Qualified for this board:
