I need a method of searching in windows w/o right click or search

We have Search and right click disabled for reasons unknown to me. Are there any other ways of searching on the hard drive or mapped drives with a web app or something?
 
When you state "Search"

Are you talking about the Start Menu Search or using the F3 key when an explorer window is up?
