i was here 2 hrs ago. then i surfed as little bit. i felt tired, but instead of shutting down the computer and going to sleep (it's midnight now), i check ATOT again. 🙁

If you can get away from AT for up to 2 hrs you are still OK. When you eat nothing but snack/convenience foods @ your computer and hold yourself down to 2 bathroom breaks a day, that you might need to worry 🙂
 
Me! I broke free of addiction! I don't frequent here much now (maybe 30min/week). I scaled back since becoming golden 🙂

I'm not as badly addicted to ATOT as I am to Wolfenstein. Last week I went to a theme park with a female friend of mine, and while looking at the stuff in the park I kept finding myself thinking 'Hmm, you could rock anyone hiding behind that with a flamethrower', 'This would make a rocking setup for a game', 'Nice rythm this music has, perfect for firing your Venom.'...

See? ATOT addiction isnt that bad 😱:Q😉
