I need a huge powersupply. Enormous. As in, get too close and die.

Well... I don't have full specs yet, this will be built when the hammers are available. Basically dually hammers, gigs of ram, too many casemods to count, at least 2000 CFM of airflow, dual 226 watt peltiers, nv30, total watercooling, etc etc etc. I'm going to use it for extreme overclocking plus a gaming computer plus a bragbox for lan parties.

Fairly certain there is no such thing as a 226W peltier for a CPU.

Seeing as current CPUs only generate around 75W heat when active.....

Also, unless your room has no humidity (i.e. you get shocked every time you touch something from the static buildup), that much active cooling will literally cause it to RAIN above your CPU and start an electrical fire.

Why don't you step back, think for a second, realize how much money you're going to blow on completely ZERO and then rethink your system. I'm all for huge systems but dual PSs, a crapload of airflow, watercooling and peltiers is slightly excessive. Personally I think you should rethink the system.
600W can be found here.

If you want extreme cooling performance just throw down the cash for This. 😉

Performance wise, there's currently no other system in the market that can beat the Prometeia system. Nevertheless it's very competitively priced. If you're currently in a dilemma in choosing between a Vapochill and a Prometeia system, I would definitely recommend you go with Prometeia.
The Prometeia is optimized for maintaining below -40C/-40F in the range up to 80W, but capable of maintaining an impressive -28C at a CPU load of 150W at 20C ambient temperature, thus having a comfortable margin for future processors.

you have to be kidding. 2000 cfm airflow is overkill and nowhere near practical. BTW, with 226W peltiers, you're gonna have some serious condensation. (But I assume you already took this into account)
Yes, I know. Call me stupid if you will, but this is my first time watercooling. Yeah yeah blah blah... so do I just read instructions on sealing with neoprene and silicon grease? I'll also buy one of those peltier sealing kits... and I was wrong, the fans are actually 190cfm... and I'm probably going to have either 8 of them or 16 (yes, I just said 16 120 mm fans) for a total of 1520 CFM or 3040 cfm... 😀

I'm a hardcore overclocker. I'm the kind of person that would buy a $100,000 CNC machine just to make some minor piece of copper that would someone shave off 1 degree and allow me to gain an extra 50 mhz and 50 3dmarks. Call me crazy, call me stupid, call me insane, but I'll have a huge grin on my face when this thing taxis and then takes off 😀

There are such things as 226 watt potted peltiers. And LN2 is out of the question, this will be a permanent fixture.

Don't bother with this one. What are you going to do? Try and get 200FPS from UT2003 at 1600 x 1200?

Alright, you're crazy, stupid, and insane! 😉 😀 😛 But seriously, that rig is insane! If you seriously put 2500CFM worth of fans in there, it is going to be insanely loud. Roaring. As in permanantly damage your eardrums loud. Unless you know of some high output fans with insanely low dB ratings that I don't know of, you'd be lucky to get that kind of airflow at less than 100 dB (if you can even get it that low). That's as loud as a rock concert, or an airplane taxiing for take off. That's loud enough for you to go deaf and you can bet your neighbors will complain. In addition, that kind of airflow is extreme overkill.

you guys all suck for giving him so much cr@p. So what if he wants to do this. It is his money and not yours. Just answer the damn question for his help and stop wasting space here.

personaly i cant to see the monster 😀

16 120mm fans? Is that possible? Is there room for that?

Hey! That gives me an idea! How about if you build the case completely out of 120mm fans?!?! Now THAT would be original and would probably look bad-ass with a few cold cathode lamps. 😀

I believe a similar computer recently made landfall at the Yucatan Peninsula.

Well since you seem to have decided to go WAY too far with all of this, why not go way too far with the powersupply as well?
Delta Electronics has a bunch of powersupplies, up to around 5000 watts, should be sufficent me thinks.

Hey, if he wants some help on doing this why not? I don't question the practicality of this or whether or not this is just for his wet dreams or he's actually serious about it. Maybe its OK to ask (politely at that) on his 'sanity' for doing it but coming up with "small penis" comments is simply out of line. Its reflects more about the person making the comments than his intended target.

I totally agree here, friendly jabbing is fine, but personal insults are totally inappropriate. Btw, if anybody thinks my "you're crazy, stupid, and insane" remark was meant to be an insult, I apologize. It was a tongue-in-cheek response to this line:

Call me crazy, call me stupid, call me insane, but I'll have a huge grin on my face when this thing taxis and then takes off
