I need a good aluminium case

I LOVE the Lian Li, about to get one in black. The new design is very interesting and should help with cooling. It's also very toned down and sexy. If only it had a side window, it'd be perfect!

Instead of the Stacker, check out the ThermalTake Tsunami. It's not as nasty as other ThermalTake, has 120mm fans, and actually looks decent. (Its a ripoff from the Wavemaster btw)

I have a modified Lian-Li mid-tower, here are photos: link to photos I paid extra to have the second rear fan hole. The covers over the CD-RW and DVD-RW drives do not come with the case either, I bought those.

Is there a reason (other than appearance) the case needs to be aluminum? I feel that my regular steel Antec case is more functional than my fancy Lian-Li. Yes, the aluminum case is much lighter when it's empty, but the complete computer is still not something that I want to carry around.

Yeah aluminium sometimes is more effective but the design of Lian-Lin PC-V1000 is not only the material but how the case is designed....
As you can see how the parts being in places which makes them more cool... That's my opinion.

I have recently picked ip an Antec P160 aluminium case and like it a lot. Very good drive layout and 2 120mm fans. Can take total 10 drives.
