I need a fast gift for my brother's birthday

He is turning 22 Sunday and I have been out of town and really dropped the ball and didn't get him anything yet. We don't live near each other so I can't go shopping and give it to him.

I am thinking of maybe a gift certificate that I can get him and they will email it fast. Are there any "college-fashionable" clothing stores that do that?
