Sure no problem!Originally posted by: rxblitzrx
If I go with the MassCool, I would be running about 4 together. Can I control all of them?
Please advise where to buy.
BTW, the only fan that I know of, that comes with a controller, is the Silverstone FM121.Originally posted by: rxblitzrx

5 volts is a little on the low side. Some fans will have a problem with that... but the price is right, I guess, as long as you keep that in mind!
Personally, I'd spend the extra 10 bones, but that's just me...

5 V is the bottom of its adjustment range. It goes up to 12 V...

Many fans won't spin-up (start spinning) when they're undervolted to 5V! Generally, 7V is as low as you'll ever want to go with a controller. Running a 12V fan undervolted to 5V is just asking for trouble!
That's why most high quality fan controllers only go down to 7V...
As long as you're aware of this caveat with cheap fan controllers... no harm, no foul...![]()

In a perfect world, yes...Originally posted by: Aluvus
Don't turn it down to its minimum setting, and you don't have a problem. If it really bothers you, break the fan controller open and flip the Vcc and Gnd connections on the potentiometers. Beats wasting $10.

LED back-lit fan controllers are just plain cool looking... even if they aren't hooked up to anything...
Plus, they're fun to play with, you know?![]()
